Job Overview

This position involves overseeing the implementation of essential HR processes, managing recruitment efforts, and driving internal talent development and succession planning initiatives.

Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with Global Teams: Work closely with international HR teams to implement key HR processes.
  2. Talent Management: Develop strategies to enhance internal talent and support succession planning.
  3. Recruitment and Performance Management: Manage the annual performance management cycle, including appraisals, and lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent.
  4. Support Various Projects: Contribute to various HR-related projects and provide necessary support.
Requirements
  • A degree in Human Resources or a CIPD qualification (L5/L7).
  • A minimum of 8 years' experience in HR.
  • Proven expertise within the manufacturing industry.
Salary Details

The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
