Interim HR Manager

VPA London is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team. This 12-month fixed-term contract will provide the successful candidate with an opportunity to work closely with the global HR team.
About the JobThis position involves overseeing the implementation of essential HR processes, managing recruitment efforts, and driving internal talent development and succession planning initiatives.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with Global Teams: Work closely with international HR teams to implement key HR processes.
- Talent Management: Develop strategies to enhance internal talent and support succession planning.
- Recruitment and Performance Management: Manage the annual performance management cycle, including appraisals, and lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent.
- Support Various Projects: Contribute to various HR-related projects and provide necessary support.
- A degree in Human Resources or a CIPD qualification (L5/L7).
- A minimum of 8 years' experience in HR.
- Proven expertise within the manufacturing industry.
The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
