About the Role

Flo is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our App Store Optimization (ASO) efforts. As the Head of ASO, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive ASO strategy that drives organic growth and maximizes visibility across the app stores.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver a robust ASO strategy across key markets, leveraging data-driven insights and industry trends to inform decision-making.
  • Grow traffic and revenue contribution from organic channels, identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for short- and long-term growth.
  • Build, lead, and grow a high-performing ASO team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ASO and digital marketing trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure Flo remains at the forefront of the industry.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Apple and Google, to drive featuring opportunities and optimize store presence.
  • Develop and execute a cross-functional Ratings strategy to ensure high star ratings across iOS and Google Play.
  • Report performance to stakeholders on a regular basis, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of ASO experience, with a proven track record of driving organic growth and maximizing visibility across the app stores.
  • Strong technical capabilities, including proficiency with ASO tools such as SplitMetrics and AppTweak.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, strategic thinking, and hands-on attitude, with a strong understanding of app store algorithms and digital marketing principles.
  • Experience managing high-performing teams, driving collaboration, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
