About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Growth Marketing Strategist to join our team at Airtime. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our mobile app growth strategy, driving member acquisition and retention across all our partners and paid channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive mobile app growth strategy, including organic, telco, paid, and referral channels.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal teams, including Marketing, Product, and Social.
  • Work closely with our telco partners O2 and EE to unlock new opportunities for member growth.
  • Create, manage, and experiment with new user acquisition channels and campaigns.
  • Ensure the optimal use of internal and third-party marketing and tracking platforms, tools, and technology.
  • Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly analysis, reporting, and recommendations for continuous improvement and growth optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional counterparts and internal teams to develop and synchronize overall strategy, execution, and reporting.
  • Actively seek out and manage partnerships that generate member acquisition for Airtime.
  • Stay up-to-date with the competitive landscape, available alternatives, and emerging app growth programs.
  • Work closely with product teams to optimize services provided to telco partners O2 and EE to increase conversion rates.
  • Develop customer segmentation and targeting strategies to deliver personalized, consistent, and channel-appropriate messaging.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in growth marketing, mobile app growth, paid ad platforms, and referral.
  • Track record of building and executing mobile app growth strategies at scale.
  • Strong hands-on experience with mobile app ad platforms, tools, and technology, including Meta, TikTok, Google, App Store, and Play Store.
  • Strong analysis and reporting skills.
  • Proven track record of developing data-driven growth strategies.
