The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Growth Marketing Strategist to own our member acquisition channels across all of our partners and paid channels. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive new member acquisition to the Airtime programme. You will work closely with our marketing and product teams to utilise and optimise all channels to meet monthly growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive mobile app growth strategy for Airtime, including organic, telco, paid, and referral channels.
  • Maintain effective communication between internal team members, including Marketing, Product, and Social.
  • Collaborate with our telco partners O2 and EE to unlock new opportunities to drive member growth.
  • Create, manage, and experiment with new user acquisition channels and campaigns.
  • Ensure the optimal use and capabilities of internal or 3rd party marketing and tracking platforms, tools, and technology.
  • Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly analysis, reporting, and recommendations for continuous improvement and growth optimisation.
  • Work closely with cross-functional counterparts and internal teams to develop and sync on overall strategy, execution, and reporting.
  • Actively seek out and manage various partnerships that generate member acquisition for Airtime.
  • Stay up-to-date with the competitive landscape, available alternatives, new, and emerging app growth programs.
  • Collaborate with the product teams to optimise our services provided to telco partners O2 and EE to generate higher conversion rates.
  • Develop customer segmentation and targeting strategies to deliver personalised, consistent, and channel-appropriate messaging.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in growth marketing, mobile app growth, paid ad platforms, and referral.
  • A track record of building and executing mobile app growth strategies at scale.
  • Strong hands-on experience with mobile app ad platforms, tools, and technology, including Meta, TikTok, Google, App Store, and Playstore.
  • Strong analysis and reporting skills.
  • A proven track record of developing data-driven growth strategies.
