Job Title: Specification Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and driven sales individual to join our commercial team as a Specification Sales Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with Architects, Main Contractors, and Local Authorities to identify new and future projects and secure specifications for our aluminium window, door, and façade systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with Architects, Main Contractors, and Local Authorities
  • Grow relationships and partnerships with existing contacts to generate specifications and increase brand exposure
  • Work closely with the sales and commercial department to facilitate project and specification control
  • Utilize online project databases, networking, local and trade press, and fabricator partnerships to identify leads and architectural projects

Requirements:

  • Experience in specification sales within the aluminium glazing and façade industry or similar window and door systems
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Highly organized and driven sales individual with a proven track record of success
