Job Title: Specification Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and driven sales individual to join our commercial team as a Specification Sales Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with architects, main contractors, and local authorities to identify new and future projects and secure specifications for our aluminium window, door, and façade systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop relationships with key decision-makers in the architectural construction industry
  • Secure specifications for our products on architectural projects
  • Work closely with our sales and commercial department to facilitate project and specification control
  • Utilize a range of mediums to identify leads and architectural projects, including online project databases, networking, local and trade press, and fabricator partnerships

Requirements:

  • Experience of specification sales within the aluminium glazing and façade industry or similar window and door systems
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Highly organized and driven sales individual with experience in liaising with architects, contractors, fabricators, and local authorities
