Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to our office and Fabrication operations at Zeenee Aluminium LTD.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Perform a range of administrative tasks to support the office staff, including maintaining and organising physical and digital files.
  2. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls and emails.
  3. Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings, and conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  4. Utilise Google Suite and QuickBooks for various office functions, including invoicing and payment collection.
  5. Inventory check and stock order, and design Windows using FDS Window Designer.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience in clerical or administrative roles, with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  2. Proficiency in typing and computerised office systems, including Google Suite and QuickBooks.
  3. Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette, with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy office environment.
  4. Typing: 1 year (required), Phone etiquette: 1 year (required), Organisational skills: 1 year (required), Administrative experience: 1 year (required).

Working Conditions

  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday, with overtime available.
