CER Education Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Special Needs Coach to join their team in Newcastle upon Tyne.

The ideal candidate will have experience in coaching sport to children or adults and be able to build a rapport with students quickly. Experience in coaching is not essential, but it is required for this role.

This position involves working as a Teaching Assistant in a SEN school with students who have special educational needs, including Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver sports coaching sessions to students
  • Build strong relationships with students and staff
