Learning Mentor for Students with Complex Needs

The role involves collaborating with vulnerable individuals who have educational health care plans. You will be working closely with students, providing support in their learning, and participating in general classroom activities. This includes promoting positive behaviour and boosting the confidence of pupils.
Requirements- You must have enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one
- Experience of collaborating with individuals who have educational health care plans is essential
- You should have an understanding of SEMH children and the various behaviours they may display
- You will need adaptable communication skills towards children, whether in a 1:1 setting or in small groups
