Job Title: Learning Mentor for At-Risk Students

Estimated Salary:£25,000 - £35,000 per annum

The Role: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Learning Mentor to support students aged 11-16 years who require additional guidance to reach outstanding outcomes of progression. As a Learning Mentor, you will be responsible for providing one-to-one support to these students, helping them to develop the skills and confidence needed to succeed academically and personally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualised support to at-risk students to help them overcome challenges and achieve their academic potential.
  • Work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement targeted interventions to improve student outcomes.
  • Monitor and track student progress, making adjustments to support as needed.

About You:
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about supporting young people and has experience working with at-risk students. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and other stakeholders. A degree in Education or a related field would be beneficial, but not essential.
