Therapist for Complex Needs

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Additional Resources Ltd. for a HPC registered Speech and Language Therapist to take on a challenging role.
You'll work with students with complex needs, conducting comprehensive assessments and delivering evidence-based therapy interventions.
- Collaborate with carers, school staff, and external agencies to integrate therapy goals into the educational framework.
- Create detailed reports and case notes in line with organisational policies.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to educators and professionals involved in student care.
- Lead and mentor junior therapists as part of the trans-disciplinary team.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Speech & Language Therapist or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with issues related to Autism Spectrum Conditions.
- Background in working with children with special needs, including sensory impairments.
- Experience working with children supported by EHCP or SEN.
- Enhanced DBS check.

Salary Estimate: Based on national averages and industry standards, the salary range for this position is estimated to be around £32,000-£42,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
