About the Position

At 1st Homecare, we are seeking a compassionate Support Worker to join our team and provide support services to individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs.

As a Support Worker, you will work in shared supported living properties and individual tenancies, assisting with daily living tasks, including domestic services, social support, personal care, medication management, and meal preparation.

You will need to possess strong communication skills, flexibility, and a passion for supporting others. Adhering to detailed support plans and working collaboratively with our team is essential for success in this role.
