Role Overview
">This is a highly skilled nursing role where you will be accountable and responsible for supporting the holistic needs of adults with complex care and health requirements.
You will provide the highest standards of nursing care, ensuring that each individual receives tailored support to meet their unique needs.
Your Responsibilities
">- Assessing, planning, and implementing care plans that cater to the diverse needs of our residents.
- Providing evidence-based nursing care that prioritizes dignity, respect, and choice.
- Developing collaborative care plans through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Safely administering medication while promoting health and wellbeing.
- Being the nurse in charge of a small unit while on shift, ensuring effective leadership and teamwork.
- Managing situations when individuals display behaviors that may challenge.
- Promoting choice, dignity, independence, and respect throughout your practice.
