The successful candidate will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop and implement therapy plans, and provide training and support to colleagues.

  • Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
  • Develop and maintain detailed reports and case notes.
  • Provide guidance and support to carers and educators.
  • Lead and mentor junior therapists.

Requirements:

  • HPC registration as a Speech and Language Therapist.
  • Experience working with children with complex needs, including sensory impairments.
  • Knowledge of Autism Spectrum Conditions and EHCP/SEN frameworks.
  • Enhanced DBS check.
