We are seeking a dedicated Speech and Language Therapist to join our team at Additional Resources Ltd., where you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students with complex needs.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of working effectively with carers, educators, and other professionals.

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualised therapy plans.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
  • Provide guidance and support to carers and educators.
  • Lead and mentor junior therapists.

Requirements:

  • HPC registration as a Speech and Language Therapist.
  • Experience working with children with complex needs, including sensory impairments.
  • Knowledge of Autism Spectrum Conditions and EHCP/SEN frameworks.
  • Enhanced DBS check.
