About the Role

H9 HR & Professional Services is seeking a Culture and Inclusion Development Advisor to help shape and implement our client's equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) strategies.

This fully on-site role will involve developing EDI initiatives, delivering culturally focused learning programs, and supporting the activities of the Positive Action Attraction Team to ensure our organisation reflects the communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead EDI initiatives and deliver training in large organisations.
  • Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analyse learning outcomes and improve EDI strategies.
  • Design policies and assess the effectiveness of inclusion efforts across the workforce.
Requirements
