Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing, monitoring, and improving the quality of operational processes, ensuring company, statutory, and legal compliance.
Salary and BenefitsThe salary for this position is approximately £60,000 per annum, plus a performance bonus. In addition to this, we offer a range of benefits, including 25 days holiday rising to 28 days after 6 years' service, company sick pay, and a defined contribution pension scheme.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain quality control systems, determining corrective actions.
- Support all departments to maintain a robust quality assurance culture and environment.
- Ensure workflows, processes, and products comply with quality and safety regulations.
- Engineering degree.
- Minimum 3 years' quality assurance experience in a high-tech company.
- Quality Management Systems Experience.
- Excellent IT skills and computer literacy.
- Effective project management, planning, and organization skills.
