About the Role: As an Engineering Operations Manager at Contechs, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical operations of our fleet of vehicles. This includes collaborating with Technical Project Managers to plan and specify vehicles required for each project, as well as ensuring compliance with local Health and Safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Technical Project Managers to advise and support the planning and specification of vehicles required for each project.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs associated with vehicle operation.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to minimize risks associated with vehicle operation.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle specifications, maintenance schedules, and other relevant information.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: Estimated annual salary range is €80,000 - €100,000 depending on experience.
