Job Overview

Expleo Technology is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our team in Chester. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in designing and implementing efficient manufacturing processes and equipment for our global automotive clients.

About the Role

We are offering a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus a range of benefits that reflect our commitment to employee well-being and career development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design Process Development: Develop and implement process designs that meet or exceed customer requirements, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and coordinating resources to ensure seamless execution.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve existing processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including production staff, engineers, and suppliers, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • HNC/Degree: In Mechanical or Engineering, or equivalent qualification.
  • Relevant Experience: At least 2 years' experience in manufacturing process engineering, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Skillset: Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and procedures, excellent project management skills, and ability to work autonomously.
