About the Role

We are seeking an experienced manager to oversee both our Parts and Workshop departments on site, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional quality standards. As an Operational Excellence Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring and managing staff performance and efficiency
  • Ensuring quality checks are carried out according to guidelines
  • Closely monitoring workshop capacity and adapting to additional work requirements
