Business Development Executive for Manufacturing

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Executive to drive sales growth in strategic markets for our client, an established sub-contract engineering business with a rich history of innovation.

This role presents an exciting opportunity to strengthen our sales team by appointing a motivated and experienced professional to develop new and existing clients across various industries, including Nuclear, Oil and Gas, Subsea, Aerospace, Defence, Rail, and Yellow Goods.

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining customer relationships, generating sales within the aerospace and general machining sectors, and capitalizing on our company's reputation for engineering excellence.

With over 160 years of manufacturing expertise supported by two state-of-the-art facilities in the UK, we offer a strong foundation for success. Our ongoing investment in capital equipment reinforces our commitment to delivering exceptional results.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve growth targets
  • Buidling and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new clients
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities and drive sales initiatives

We offer a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, reflecting the level of expertise required to succeed in this role.
