About the Role
We are seeking an HR Administrator to join our team at Royal Devon and Exeter NHS Foundation Trust, supporting Eastern Services in providing safe, high-quality healthcare across the region.
As an HR Administrator, you will work closely with our busy team of HR Advisors and Managers, organizing work streams, diary management, and providing administrative support.
You will be responsible for managing the diaries of our ES&R Advisors/Managers, actively supporting them with the management and organization of their workload.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing high-quality administrative and secretarial support to the ES&R HR Advisors and Managers
- Managing the diaries of the ES&R Advisors/Managers and actively supporting them with the management and organization of their workload
- Assisting with the provision of an effective operational personnel service to Royal Devon and Exeter NHS Foundation Trust, Eastern Services
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Exceptional organizational, administration, and IT skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
