About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team in Eastern Services at Royal Devon and Exeter NHS Foundation Trust. As an HR Administrator, you will provide efficient and comprehensive support to our HR Advisors and Managers, including high-quality administrative and secretarial support.
Key responsibilities include managing the diaries of our HR Advisors/Managers, actively supporting them with workload management, and assisting with the provision of an effective operational personnel service to our trust.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in IT systems and software
