About the Role

This is a non-patient facing Secretary role based in the Specialist Services Division, supporting the Cancer Services Senior Management Team to deliver services to patients and providing direct support to the Lead Cancer Nurse.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support to the senior team in Cancer Services
  • Supporting the Lead Cancer Nurse with daily tasks and responsibilities
  • Assisting with crucial organisation, diary management, task management, planning, minute-taking, producing reports, documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
  • Learning systems relating to Quality by providing administrative support and cross-cover for the Stem Cell Quality Assurance Co-ordinator role

Working Pattern

Typical working pattern 9:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday
