About the Role

We are seeking an HR Administrator to join our team at Royal Devon and Exeter NHS Foundation Trust, supporting Eastern Services in providing safe, high-quality healthcare across the region.

As an HR Administrator, you will work closely with our busy team of HR Advisors and Managers, organizing work streams, diary management, and providing administrative support.

You will be responsible for managing the diaries of our ES&R Advisors/Managers, actively supporting them with the management and organization of their workload.

We are looking for a highly skilled HR Administrator who is able to work independently, with exceptional organizational, administration, and IT skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the ES&R team, including diary management and organization of work streams.
  • Manage the diaries of ES&R Advisors/Managers, ensuring efficient and effective use of their time.
  • Assist with the provision of an effective operational personnel service to Royal Devon and Exeter NHS Foundation Trust, Eastern Services.
  • Work closely with all members of the Employee Support and Resolution team, and forge and facilitate relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements

  • Highly skilled HR Administrator with exceptional organizational, administration, and IT skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
