Management Accountant

This exciting opportunity is open to Qualified SME Management Accountants seeking a hands-on, office-based role that offers variety and challenges. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, particularly when it comes to budget analysis and forecasting.
You will work closely with the Finance Director and lead a team of four finance professionals, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting professional development. Your expertise in financial management will be invaluable in driving business growth and achieving strategic objectives.
- We are offering a competitive salary package ranging from £45,000 to £60,000 per annum, along with benefits and opportunities for bonuses.
- Your role will involve managing the preparation of financial reports, including management accounts, forecasts, and variance analysis.
- As part of the senior leadership team, you will participate in board meetings, contributing your expertise to inform business decisions.
- You will also lead the finance team, guiding them in their roles and responsibilities, and promoting a culture of excellence.
- Closing dates for the annual audited accounts will require coordination with external auditors to ensure timely completion.
The successful candidate will be a qualified Management Accountant with strong analytical skills, experience in SME management accounting, and proficiency in Excel.
