Key Responsibilities
  • Maximo Configuration: Knowledge on Maximo Asset Management system support, including configuration, installation, and maintenance.
  • Maximo Application Installation & Configuration: Experience with Maximo application installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Data Feeds and Automation Scripts: Knowledge of data feeds and automation scripts to integrate with Maximo.
  • Maximo Integration: Experience with Maximo integration with other systems and applications.
  • Improving User Experience: Knowledge of user experience design principles to improve Maximo user interface.
  • Maximo Testing: Experience with Maximo testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and system testing.
  • Reporting: Knowledge of reporting tools and techniques to generate reports from Maximo data.
  • Operating Systems: Good familiarity with Windows operating systems (Client and Server).
  • Application Licensing Services: Experience with application licensing services, including license management and compliance.
  • IT Change Management: Good working knowledge of IT change management processes and principles.
  • Customer-Oriented Approach: Strong customer-oriented approach to provide excellent customer service.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with individuals up to Senior Leadership level and external vendors.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships at all levels of the organisation, taking time to get to know and understand customers, gaining their trust and respect.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Documentation Skills: Proven documentation skills to create clear and concise technical documentation.

  • ITIL Environment: Experience and understanding of working within an ITIL environment.
