Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of up to ten customer service agents, ensuring they deliver high-quality service while achieving both individual and team performance goals. This role requires strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Key responsibilities include:
• Monitoring team performance against KPIs, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
• Conducting one-on-one meetings and performance reviews, identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans.
• Ensuring adherence to call centre processes, policies, and quality standards.
• Analyzing performance data to identify trends and implement improvements.

Salary and Benefits
We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as performance-based incentives. Additional benefits include free car parking and opportunities for career progression in a growing business.
