Sales and Business Development Manager

**Business Development Opportunity**
Rhodium Consulting is partnering with a leading electrical wholesaler in West Hampshire to recruit a skilled Sales Executive to drive sales growth and expansion.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the electrical wholesale market, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
We offer a competitive salary range of £45,000-£65,000 (DOE), plus a performance-related bonus scheme, company pension, free on-site parking, and 25 days' holiday + BH (increasing with service).
**Responsibilities:**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow existing accounts.
- Maintain regular communication with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
**Requirements:**
- Proven sales experience within the electrical wholesale market.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
