The Role: Internal Sales Executive

You will play a key role in engaging with existing customers and stockists, focusing on relationship building, identifying sales opportunities, and providing tailored solutions to meet client needs.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Providing accurate quotes to customers
  2. Managing general inquiries over the phone
  3. Processing phone orders efficiently
  4. Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  5. Following up on quotes to close sales
  6. Recommending suitable products to customers
  7. Actively managing relationships with existing and potential clients
  8. Meeting daily sales targets and objectives
  9. Conducting market research to stay informed on industry trends
  10. Supporting business development and driving sales growth
  11. Collaborating with External Account Managers within your assigned territory
Essential Skills:
  • Knowledge of the UK tool wholesale industry is desirable but not essential
  • Confidence in handling a busy phone line with excellent communication skills
  • Experience in a similar sales role
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong client relationships
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and self-motivated approach to work
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office and databases

The estimated salary for this role is £35,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
