Branch Director Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Branch Director to join our team at First Military Recruitment Ltd in Chandlers Ford. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strong relationships with customers and suppliers, and leading a team of sales professionals.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly expanding retail business with a proven track record of success. As a Branch Director, you will be responsible for:
  • Developing and executing business plans to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Leading and motivating a team of sales professionals to achieve high levels of customer service and sales performance.
  • Managing the full operation of the branch, including safety, storage efficiency, housekeeping, and customer experience.

Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A proven track record of management or supervisory experience in a similar or relevant role.
  • Experience of developing and executing business plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • A strong leadership style, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of sales professionals.

What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £28,620 per annum, with the potential to earn up to £40,050 in your first year. You will also receive a range of benefits, including opportunities for career advancement and professional development.
