Sales Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team at ETS Technical Selection. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, particularly in the cable industry. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and building strong relationships with key customers.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively present ideas and build relationships. They will also have a deep understanding of large and complex bid processes, as well as experience dealing with blue-chip companies.

Responsibilities
- Develop new sales opportunities and build strong relationships with key customers
- Understand commercial dynamics and address customer needs effectively
- Conduct all business interactions with integrity, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical guidelines
- Manage existing accounts and develop strategies to achieve revenue and margin goals
- Provide insightful weekly and monthly reports on activities and sales forecasts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, business management or a related field preferred
- Proven experience in technology solution sales, particularly in the cable industry
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Deep understanding of large and complex bid processes
