Senior Mental Health Clinician

We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Clinician to join our team as a Senior Mental Health Clinician - Crisis Care Specialist. This role will involve delivering high-quality care to individuals in crisis, working closely with our Clinical Support Desk Manager to ensure effective management of emergency, unscheduled care, and telephone triage services.
The ideal candidate will have recent experience as a Band 6 (or above) nurse or social worker, with excellent organisational and leadership skills, and the ability to effectively communicate at all levels. They will also be able to problem-solve under pressure, be flexible in their approach to work, and adaptable to changing situations.

Main Duties:
- Deliver high-quality care to individuals in crisis
- Work closely with the Clinical Support Desk Manager to ensure effective management of emergency, unscheduled care, and telephone triage services

- Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels
- Problem-solve under pressure and adapt to changing situations
