Job Description

The Office Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, including administration staff, personnel issues, and customer interactions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing administration staff while promoting a positive working environment">
  • Handling personnel issues in a professional and respectful manner">
  • Ensuring timely and accurate customer interactions, both internal and external">
  • Providing updates on estimating, sales, deliveries, and invoicing">
  • Liaising with sales teams on projects, pricing, and progress">
  • Maintaining and developing technical knowledge of products">
  • Acting as a liaison between Site and Office teams">
  • Monitoring software system implementation across the office">

Required Skills and Qualifications

">

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the Construction or Manufacturing industry, with strong administrative skills and a positive attitude. A background in HR or management would be advantageous.

Benefits and Working Hours

">

The Office Manager will work Monday to Friday, 09:00am to 05:00pm, with a negotiable salary of £40,000 per annum. The role offers a positive image of the Company and supports maintenance of quality standards and H&S functions.
