Job Title: Maintenance Operations Manager

Salary: £Competitive + van / fuel card / package (£55,000 - £70,000)

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Operations Manager to oversee the delivery of maintenance and improvement contracts for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a background in social housing maintenance and strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support sub-contractors, direct labour, stores, supply chain partners, planners, and administrators.
  • Deliver all contract works in line with client KPI requirements and internal targets.
  • Maintain transparency and good communication channels with clients.
  • Coordinate and manage supply chain delivery, progress, and performance meetings.
  • Liaise with management on contract matters and respond to queries and complaints.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in construction industry background working in social housing maintenance.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • A valid UK driver's license.
  • CSR Card.
  • Previous experience in a leadership role.
  • IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
