We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Administrator to join their team. As a key member of the staff, you will be responsible for managing schedules, maintaining daily communications and ensuring that all projects meet quality and compliance standards.

The ideal candidate will have 1 year's experience in a similar role, preferably using CRM systems. They should also possess excellent communication skills and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.

The company offers a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 and a dynamic working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing schedules for both internal teams and third-party contractors
- Maintaining daily communications
- Logging all work through a CRM system
- Advanced planning and ordering before fittings

Requirements:
