Project Administrator Job Summary: First Choice Selection Services is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our team in the Western Trust's ICT department. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the roll-out of our new digital service (Encompass) and providing administration support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities: Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Providing administration support to the ICT department
  • Organizing and maintaining ICT equipment
  • Preparing and sending reports, memos, letters, and forms to a high standard
  • Managing diaries and taking notes as required
  • Handling telephone duties, including dealing with queries and taking clear and concise messages

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 GCSEs (A-C), including English and Math
  • Relevant office experience, preferably in a secretarial or administrative role
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar position

Salary and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary of £12.86 per hour, a minimum of 28 days paid holiday (pro rata), and inclusion into our pension scheme.
