Account Administrator Position
We are seeking an experienced Account Administrator to join our team in Derry/Londonderry. As an Account Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and providing administrative support to the Management and Directors.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance of accurate and up-to-date financial records
  • Processing of Sales Ledger transactions, including invoicing and debit/credit posting
  • Assistance with month-end balancing and year-end audit preparations
  • Coordination with Credit Control department to ensure credit terms are adhered to

Requirements:
  • A minimum of two years' experience in a similar role
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Annual Salary: £24,375 - £25,350
