Job Description

Job Title: Clinical Care Professional

Salary: £23,000-£27,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Location: High Street, Cambridge

Working Hours: Nights 8PM to 8AM

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Clinical Care Professional at one of our care homes in Cambridge. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and services to our residents.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Taking responsibility for the well-being of our residents and making sure their physical, emotional and social needs are met.
  • Coaching and guiding the team, providing formal and informal teaching programmes for colleagues and other care professionals.
  • Carrying out assessments and developing, implementing and evaluating individualised care plans for each of our residents.
