About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Nursery Nurse or Room Leader to join our nursery school near Cambridge.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality early years education, creating a stimulating environment that promotes children's growth and development.

  • To develop and implement effective strategies for teaching and learning, aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework.
  • To lead by example, modeling excellent behavior and providing guidance to colleagues on safeguarding policies and procedures.
  • To work collaboratively with the team to plan and deliver engaging activities, addressing the unique needs of each child.
  • To create a culturally responsive environment, recognizing and celebrating the diversity of the local community.
  • To prioritize the safety and well-being of children, maintaining a secure and welcoming space for all.
  • To contribute to the success of our nursery school through active participation in staff meetings and the sharing of expertise.
