Nurse Seekers are seeking a dedicated Early Years Specialist in Education to join their team based near Cambridge. As a Room Leader or Qualified Nursery Nurse, you will be responsible for

  • To manage and lead a team of nursery professionals in delivering exceptional care and education to children.
  • To develop and implement effective educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children.

The ideal candidate must have a strong passion for early years education and a proven track record of delivering high-quality outcomes. A salary of £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience, is available for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage staff performance and provide coaching and development opportunities.
  • To maintain accurate records of children's progress and development.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Early Years Education or a related field.
