Key Responsibilities

Nurse Seekers invites applications from qualified Nursery Nurses or Room Leaders to join our team at a high-quality nursery school near Cambridge.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing creative and engaging activities, tailored to meet the individual needs of each child, in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework.
  • Leading by example, demonstrating excellence in behavior management and safeguarding practices, while guiding colleagues on policy implementation.
  • Fostering a collaborative environment, working closely with colleagues to plan and deliver activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Cultivating a sense of community, incorporating diverse cultural elements into daily routines and activities to reflect the local community's values.
  • Maintaining a secure and welcoming space, prioritizing the safety and well-being of children.
  • Contributing to the success of our nursery school through active participation in staff meetings and the sharing of expertise.
