Tradewind Recruitment is working with a specialist SEN school in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire to find an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about education and wants to make a difference in the lives of children with learning difficulties.

The successful candidate will provide one-to-one support for students within the classroom, working closely with the teacher to introduce alternative learning methods based on individual abilities.

We are looking for someone who has previous experience working with SEN children and supporting them academically and personally. If you have a proactive approach and a willingness to go above and beyond, this could be the perfect role for you.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing one-to-one support for students with learning difficulties
  • Working closely with the teacher to develop individualised learning plans
  • Supporting students with their daily routines and needs

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small, close-knit team and make a real difference in the lives of the students.

Salary: £85-£95 per day
