About the Position

We are seeking highly skilled Learning Support Specialists to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in various schools across Hertfordshire.

Our ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on their lives. You will work closely with Senior Learning Support Assistants and Teachers to create personalized learning plans that cater to the individual needs of each student.

The salary for this role is £85-£110 per day, reflecting your skills and experience. Your flexible approach and ability to adapt to changing situations will ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the school.
