We are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated Support Worker for Children with SEN to join our team at Polaris. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in helping students with SEN to overcome challenges and reach their goals.

Key Responsibilities:- Provide individualized support to students with SEN, tailoring your approach to meet their unique needs and preferences
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individual learning plans, working closely with teachers and other support staff
The successful candidate can expect a salary range of £19,186.02 - £22,160.57 per annum, plus a comprehensive benefits package including a company pension scheme, life assurance, and employee discount scheme.
