About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SEN educator to join our team in Cambridge. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse group of students, providing tailored support to ensure their academic and personal development.

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to support students with Special Educational Needs.
  • Collaborate with other staff members, including teaching assistants and SEN coordinators.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences that meet the needs of students with Special Educational Needs.
  • Provide support and guidance to students, parents, and carers.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to SEN education.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Qualified teacher status (QTS) and experience working with children with Special Educational Needs.
  • A compassionate, patient, and flexible approach to teaching.
  • A genuine passion for helping children achieve their best in both academic and social settings.
