Support Teacher for Children with Disabilities

We are seeking an experienced SEN educator to join our team in Cambridge. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse group of students, providing tailored support to ensure their academic and personal development.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to support students with Special Educational Needs.
- Collaborate with other staff members, including teaching assistants and SEN coordinators.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students.
- Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences that meet the needs of students with Special Educational Needs.
- Provide support and guidance to students, parents, and carers.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to SEN education.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Qualified teacher status (QTS) and experience working with children with Special Educational Needs.
- A compassionate, patient, and flexible approach to teaching.
- A genuine passion for helping children achieve their best in both academic and social settings.
- A competitive salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
