We are seeking a qualified Children's Centre Early Years Teacher to join our team at Early Learners' Montessori School. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of students and their families, and contribute to the development of a nurturing environment that fosters growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day classroom operations, including lesson instruction, daily recording, and supervision

• Maintain a clean, organized environment consistent with Montessori pedagogy

• Develop relationships with parents and communicate regularly

• Provide a program compliant with Ministry of Education requirements and incorporating Montessori Pedagogy

• Demonstrate professionalism, confidentiality, and courtesy at all times

• Knowledge of relevant sections of the Child Care & Early Years Act

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year and a comprehensive benefits package.
