Job Description

We are seeking a skilled SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team. As a Classroom Learning Associate, you will support the academic and emotional growth of our pupils, promoting positive learning outcomes and building strong relationships. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Providing one-to-one support to a pupil or a small group of up to six pupils.
  • Supporting the Classroom Teacher during lessons and non-classroom activities.
  • Reporting progress and concerns to the Classroom Teacher and other staff members.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A strong basic education, ideally to A-level, with GCSE Grade C or equivalent in English Language and Mathematics.
  • Previous experience working with pupils with SEMH in an educational setting.
  • Excellent communication and behaviour management skills.
