Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Corporate Receptionist to join our team at LAH Property Marketing. As the first point of contact for our clients and tenants, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional visitor and tenant experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reception Management
    • Manage and maintain the reception area to ensure a welcoming ambiance for clients and tenants.
    • Meet, greet, and register all visitors, providing exceptional customer service.
    • Efficiently manage deliveries, including couriers and post.
    • Proactively suggest improvements to the visitor or tenant experience.
  • Building Management
    • Establish yourself as the face of the building and the go-to person for questions and queries.
    • Work closely with the off-site Building Manager to report building issues and help resolve them.
    • Manage contractors visiting the building to undertake regular maintenance, issuing keys as required and updating the progress/maintenance log.
    • Collaborate with security and contractors to maintain Front of House standards and procedures.
  • Tenant Experience and Community Engagement
    • Organize seasonal events for tenants, following direction from the regional team, to create a sense of community and enhance the workplace experience.
    • Produce a monthly e-newsletter to update tenants on initiatives and encourage participation, ensuring content is always on brand.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a front-of-house reception role and a willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Facilities management experience is desirable.
  • Personable and proactive with a confident manner and ability to deliver impeccable customer service.
  • Self-motivated and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-resolution skills, outstanding communication, and active listening skills.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office and willing to learn in-house systems and processes.
