**Job Title:** Telecommunications Account Executive

**Location:** Belfast, Northern Ireland

We are looking for a skilled Telecommunications Account Executive to join our team at SalesNet. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for setting new business appointments for our field-based business development managers to attend.

About the Job:

You will be selling world-class products to small and medium-sized enterprises in three main markets: business mobiles, business landline solutions, and business broadband.

About the Role:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided call data
  • Introduce and promote products or services to potential customers
  • Provide product information, answer questions, and address customer concerns
  • Record and update customer information in the database
  • Follow up with customers to schedule appointments or confirm interest
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment setting targets

**Key Skills:**

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to persuade and influence others effectively
  • Strong phone presence and active listening skills
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred but not essential
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

**Salary Range:** £25,000 - £30,000 per annum + uncapped commission (OTE: c£50,000)
